Job description
|
Secretaries work in state institutions, city councils and municipality institutions, enterprises, entrepreneurships, entrepreneurial joint ventures, public and religious organizations (hereafter referred to as organisations) dealing with record-keeping, registration, receiving, sending, documentation turnover, execution control and archiving. Secretaries are able to organize and control company record-keeping process, arrange management meetings and take minutes, ensuring necessary information and documentation, make business appointments, organize business trips and archive work as well as answer correspondence within the matters of their authority, use office equipment, ensure information and data processing.

Specific skills in the profession

- To draw up and format management documents in accordance with effective normative acts; - To apply the appropriate normative acts that determine the record-keeping process; - To ensure document acceptance, check, systematization, registration, distribution, sending, issue and record-keeping; - To make all necessary service mark-up on documents; - To design organization case nomenclature and ensure its maintenance; - To perform document expertise; - To prepare documents for further keeping and sending to the appropriate state archive institution; - To draw up and issue archive notifications; - To type and shorthand; - To know record-keeping software.

Job description
|
Customer service specialists inform current and potential clients about company products or services, participates in marketing events, applied specialized software and electronic communication devices to ensure and document the customer service process. They also obtain, evaluate, check and provide information required by the customer. They also draw up, format, fill in various management documents and financial document drafts. They participate in market research and project design within their competence boundaries. Customer service specialists work in state institutions and municipalities, organizations, foundations and other entities dealing with customer service.
